“I’ve been doing coaching sessions with Isi since January 2023.

I’ve decided to go on this coaching journey because at that time I was quite lost with my professional development and finances and didn’t know where to start, what to look for and where I fit in. My background is Art and Cultural Management and this sector in Bulgaria is hard to penetrate and not as monetary rewarding.
It was a very hard period for me and I felt hopeless and out of place. I knew Isi before and her professionalism and dedication encouraged me to trust her. During the sessions we went through my unhealthy thinking patterns, determined what’s important for me and started working towards practical solutions that best suited my situation.
I like that Isi is considerate, flexible and patient with me and helps me adjust my perspectives on money and earning capabilities. Even if I temporarily loose my enthusiasm, she manages to motivate me and helps me come to practical and feasible solutions. As a creative individual with a sometimes disordered mind that really helps me to structure my goals and focus on taking actual steps towards achieving my professional dreams.
My experience with her feels like having a safe ship in turbulent waters. Besides the obstacles, I actually feel like I could navigate my ship through the sea storms and have someone to show me how to do so more efficiently. That’s why my advice to anyone thinking about doing coaching sessions with Isi is to believe in yourselves and go for it!
